When an item arrives damaged please make sure to contact us within 3 days of item arriving so we can start the claims process. This is not very common but once it leaves our shop only USPS knows what happens to the package.
We will need pictures of the damaged item. Also make sure to keep the original packing. We want you to love your purchase and we will work a solution that we both are happy with.
